Delhi family happy as students will no longer need TC to move to govt schools

The Arvind Kejriwal government has declared that the Transfer Certificates will not be required for any student who wishes to join government schools in the Union Territory. This has made many families in the national capital happy. ABP News had a word with one such family. Take a look.
