Centre Cancels UGC NET Exam Held On 18 June | ABP News

Due to serious concerns about the integrity of the testing process, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the UGC-NET June 2024 exam will be cancelled. The Ministry of Education supported this decision after the University Grants Commission (UGC) received alarming information from the National Cyber Crime Threat Analytics Unit of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C).

According to an official statement from the Ministry of Education, the NTA conducted the UGC-NET June 2024 Examination in OMR (pen and paper) mode on June 18, 2024, across various cities in two shifts. On June 19, 2024, the UGC received advice from the I4C under the Ministry of Home Affairs, indicating that the integrity of the exam may have been compromised
