Earlier today, the body of Sushil Nathail, who tragically lost his life in the Pahalgam terrorist attack, was taken for the final rites according to Christian religious customs. The body has now been moved to the cemetery for burial. Sushil's family members, including his daughter Akanksha, who is injured and recovering from a leg injury, stayed behind as they are deeply affected by the loss. Akanksha, along with her brother Austin, and their mother Jennifer, had traveled to Pahalgam for a vacation when the attack took place. Jennifer too was injured in the attack, with a bullet wound to her leg. Despite their injuries, the family is staying strong, with Akanksha making her way to participate in her father's last rites.
