Bihar: Flood wreaks havoc, several villages disconnected

Incessant rain during the Monsoon as caused heavy flood in Bihar with rivers Kosi and Bagmati flowing well above the danger sign. The flood waters have submerged several transport routes which have cut off many villages from the rest of the state. Some areas have become inaccesible for even boats and hence, make shift boats are being used to transport people in the area. Take a look in this report.
