Big decisions on lockdown in Punjab and Chandigarh

Big decisions have been taken concerning the lockdown in union territory of Chandigarh and Punjab state. Punjab High Court has rejected a petition to keep the markets closed during the lockdown and instructed that the markets will remain open from 10 am to 6 pm.
Meanwhile, in Punjab, two important decisions have been taken. First, farmers will be allowed to go to their farms so that they can reap their harvest. Second, industries can become operational if the workers are provided accomodations and food arrangement in the industry compound.
