Ayodhya Rape Case: CM Yogi Adityanath's Swift Action Continues in Response to Brutality | ABP News

In a shocking incident in Ayodhya, a bakery owned by Moin Khan, accused in the gang-rape case of a 12-year-old girl, has been demolished by a bulldozer. The district administration took swift action by razing his bakery. The Uttar Pradesh government, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, is in action mode regarding this case. On Saturday, food safety department officials raided the bakery, seizing the items being produced and sending them for testing. The bakery has been sealed, and it is alleged that the gang-rape of the girl occurred at this very bakery. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed strong concerns over women's safety and had raised the issue of Moin Khan in the state assembly, criticizing the Samajwadi Party (SP) for the lack of action against its leader. He emphasized that no guilty party would be spared and assured strict action against the accused. Following this assurance, action against Moin Khan has commenced, and his troubles are expected to escalate. Additionally, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Purakalandar, Ratan Sharma, and the Bhadasa outpost in-charge, Akhilesh Gupta, have been suspended. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Sohawal, along with revenue officials, has begun assessing the assets of Moin Khan. The victim's mother has been assured by the Chief Minister that a thorough investigation of the accused leader’s properties will be conducted, and severe action will be taken against any illegal assets. The incident involves Moin Khan, a leader from the Samajwadi Party, and his aides, who are accused of the rape and blackmail of a 12-year-old girl from a backward class. Moin Khan is reportedly a close associate of SP MP Awadhesh Prasad from Faizabad.
