A migrant in his own country, plight of a labour during Lockdown
Lockdown was imposed across the country to keep everyone inside their houses to ensure that Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic is contained. However, the number of Covid-19 cases continue to surge while labourers are out on the roads, walking back to their hometown in sweltering heat. Empty stomach, without a penny in the wallet and barefoot. The labourers walk hundreds of kilometers with just one question, am I a migrant in my own country?
