Tech Update: Google's reply to TikTok is YouTube Shorts

You may or may not have heard of YouTube Shorts but this is an application developed by Google and is already on the brink of launch in India. The beta version is ready to be launched in India first.

This is Google's answer to Chinese app TikTok. The YouTube Shorts will allow the users to make 15-second videos.
