Amit Shah removes opposition's confusion on NPR

The discussion that started with the Delhi violence reached CAA and NPR in Rajya Sabha. During this, Home Minister Amit Shah asked Kapil Sibal on the CAA issue that you are a big lawyer of the country, please tell me a section which talks about taking away citizenship in CAA.
