J&K: Encounter between terrorists, security forces underway in Budgam

In Jammu and Kashmir, once again encounter between Indian security forces and terrorits is underway. In Budgam's Chadoora, at least two to three terrorists have been surrounded. The security forces are trying to either shoot them down or catch them alive.
