Highway of Jhoot: Kapil Sibbal on BJP manifesto

Kapil Sibbal was speaking to ABP News and called the manifesto of Bharatiya Janata Party a highway of jhoot. He added that the party makes promises every five years and then forget about it. 
On Arun Jaitley's tukde tukde statement, Sibbal said that party is itself doing tukde tukde of institutions, constitution etc. But they can't do tukde tukde of the hearts of people of India
