Horrifying story behind Delhi protest | Sansani

Violence over the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) continued to escalate in North East Delhi on Tuesday taking the death toll to 13 as police struggled to check the rioters who ran amok on streets, burning and looting shops, pelting stones and thrashing people. Curfew was imposed in four areas of North East Delhi in view of the violence which erupted in the district and other parts of the city over the CAA. The curfew was imposed in Maujpur, Jaffrabad, Chand Bagh and Karawal Nagar areas of North East Delhi.
