People in the non-red zone areas came on to the roads in large numbers. In steel city, Jamshedpur, a traffic jam like situation prevailed during relaxation.

Despite government instructions for social distancing people were seen violating the guidelines.  Has the government rushed in providing relaxations to the people during the lockdown?
