Scientists have warned of a new crisis by announcing the arrival of the third wave. At the same time, the question arises that where the second wave of infection has exposed our entire health system, has the government made any concrete preparations to deal with the third wave or not? Expressing concern over this, the Supreme Court has also asked the Central Government what is the emergency plan to deal with it.
