Vikas Dubey was being searched for at the Nepal border but he instead was spotted in the Delhi-NCR region. There also, he stayed for two days and kept dodging the police teams. Then again he escaped before cops could arrive.

After Vikas Dubey was seen in Faridabad, police teams of ten states have been put to work. These teams have been asked to catch the culprit of Kanpur Encounter as soon as possible. Meanwhile, 40 police teams of Uttar Pradesh are already up to the task.
