Political parties not ready to understand CAA: Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched an attack at opposition leaders including West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, from Belur Math in Howrah. He said that some political parties are not ready to understand CAA, and  are fuelling misconception about the Act which provides citizenship and does not snatch it. 
The Prime Minister said that the CAA provides citizenship to those migrants who faced persecution in the name of religion in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
