Delhi Polls: Kejriwal promises better health facilities for all

The 'Kejriwal ka Guarantee Card' was released by the Chief Minister at the Aam Aadmi Party office here and has 10 "guarantees ahead of the February 8 Assembly polls. He also promised better health facilities for all. The tenure of Kejriwal as Chief Minister is ending next month and the city will go for polls on February 8.
