Over 45,000 people had reached the UP towns bordering Bihar and more than 100,000 were expected by evening. India has been under a 21-day lockdown due to Coronavirus till April 14. Uttar Pradesh has also been facing a huge surge in reverse migration with people from various states returning to their homes despite the lockdown.
