Punjab Elections: Will CM Channi's 'UP, Bihar, Dehli' remark increase difficulties for Congress?

Congress leader and Punjab Chief Minister Charanjeet Singh Channi has made a controversial remark during a rally in Punjab. He had said that if Punjab's will come together, they will not let the Delhi, Bihar and UP leaders rule in Punjab. Channi's statement saw a massive backlash from the opposition, however, the Punjab CM later gave a clarification on it. Will CM Channi's remark harm Congress' image in Punjab.
