Punjab Political crisis to have ripple effect for Congress in 2022? | Master Stroke(29.09.2021)

Former Punjab Congress chief, Navjot Singh Sidhu released a video message on his Twitter handle, in which he openly criticised the appointment of induction of MLAs into the cabinet of chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi and other controversial appointments. He also quoted that he will not let anyone play with the future of his state, thus, he decided to step back from his post. Meanwhile,  this decision has created a big turmoil in the party. Leaders have demanded Sidhu's expulsion. Now, will this situation impact the state elections scheduled for next year?
