PM Modi said that the government which was here in Uttar Pradesh before 2017, was not concerned with the problems of the poor. PM Modi further said that the people of UP know very well that the identity of these people has become that of a 'familyist, not a socialist.' These people did only good for their family and forgot the interest of society and Uttar Pradesh, he added.
