One of the users said, “It's routine practice.  If we closely watch railway tracks we can observe it easily. Upto  15- 20 mtrs on both side of the tracks are littered with such plates, wrappers, plastic packets etc. Very bad situation.”

To which Skin Doctor replied with a video and wrote, "True. I just recorded this after reading your tweet, as I happen to be on a train right now. The train is passing through a forested area, and right next to the tracks, bottles, packets, plastics, and all kinds of trash can be seen."

Government employees will work with fear of punishment and corruption will go away  Only way to cure a serious problem troubling for long is to give the right powerful medicine.” One user remarked, "It comes from an indefatigable sense of job security, which in turn stems from the misguided electoral priorities demanded by citizens aboard this train."
