Nahi Rehna Is Gola Pe Ab: Memes Flood Twitter As Earthquake Jolts Delhi-NCR

An earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale hit the neighbouring country of Nepal in the wee hours of Wednesday. The tremors of the quake were also felt in Delhi-NCR. But it soon sparked off a meme fest as social media users pointed out how Delhi already suffering from severe air pollution, has received another jolt.
After the quake hit the national capital and its neighbourhood social media users took to Twitter to express their shock and anxiety with memes.

According to the National Seismological Centre, the earthquake was recorded at 2.12 am with its epicentre at the Khaptad National Park in the Doti district in Nepal.
No casualties have been reported in India, but six people died and five others were injured in Nepal according to news agency PTI. The six deaths in the Himalayan nation were caused by a house collapse.
