'India Must Colonise…': Old Video Of Trevor Noah Emerges Amid UK Crisis
Though the video by the South African comedian was made during the Brexit crisis, the UK once again seems to have plunged into an economic and political turmoil.
As UK struggles to cope with the economic and political crisis, an old video of comedian and The Daily Show host Trevor Noah has surfaced in which he suggests India "colonise Britain".
In the viral video that originally aired in Sep 2019, Noah speaks about Brexit and says that India or one of the old colonies of the British should manage the crisis in UK.
"At this point, things in Britain are so bad, I think one of their old countries should just colonise them," Noah says. "Look at these savages they don't know what they are doing."

"Someone should just come in and bring stability. India should come to England and be like, 'Look, look, look, we hate to do this but you guys don't know how to govern yourselves'," Noah says in the video. "We have to fix this entire thing."

Though the video by the South African comedian was made during the Brexit crisis, the UK once again seems to have plunged into an economic and political turmoil.
Already under fire for the poor economic condition of the country, the newly elected British Prime Minister Liz Truss plunged into further chaos after Home Secretary Suella Braverman resigned on Wednesday and held the current government responsible for the crisis.
According to a report, millions in UK are skipping meals in order to cut cost of living.
Meanwhile, the British Prime Minister has admitted to mistakes made by her government on the economic front, but refused to step down and said would lead the Conservative Party into the next general election.
