TRP Report Week 42: ‘Taarak Mehta’ JUMPS To Number One Spot, ‘Indian Idol 11’ Gets SOLID Start

‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ continues to grab eyeballs week after week. The comedy show has taken the number eight spot in the latest set of BARC TRP ratings.

Colors TV’s ‘Shakti-Astitiva Ke Ehsaas Ki’ has entered the list of top ten shows after a long time. The social drama starring Rubina Dilaik in lead role has bagged the number ten spot.

Yehh Jaadu Ha Jinn Ka, which was launched on Star Plus last week, has opened with good numbers. The supernatural show starring Vikram Singh Chauhan and Aditi Sharma has secured the number nine spot in week 42.

Colors TV's 'Choti Sarrdaarni' has slipped to the number six spot in week 42. The show stars Nimrit Kaur and Avinesh Rekhi in lead roles.

Zee TV's 'Kumkum Bhagya' has bagged the number seven spot in the current week. The popular show features Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia as Pragya and Abhi respectively.

Sony SAB’s ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has jumped to the number one spot in week 42. The suspense over re-entry of Dayaben aka Disha Vakani has helped the show in grabbing several eyeballs.

Star Plus’ ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, which was placed at number eight spot last week, has jumped to the third position in week 42. The popular daily soap features Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan in lead roles.

‘Indian Idol 11’ has started on a good note and the show made a splashing entry in top five in the first week itself. The popular singing reality show is judged by Neha Kakkar, Vishal Dadlani and Anu Malik.
