CM KCR’s Family Is Marching Forward By Pushing Telangana Backward: BJP Chief JP Nadda

Nadda emphasised that if the BJP comes to power, Dharani' land records management portal will be abolished.

BJP President JP Nadda criticised the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) on Sunday, alleging that they prioritised their own family members over the talented individuals of Telangana. He further accused Chief Minister KCR of exploiting the state for personal gain. Nadda made these remarks during a public meeting titled 'Nava Sankalpa Sabha,' held in Nagarkurnool to commemorate the completion of nine years under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Expressing his disappointment, Nadda expressed concern over the lack of progress in Telangana, attributing it to what he called the exploitation of the state by a single family, specifically referring to KCR and his immediate family members who are affiliated with the Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS).

Nadda also raised allegations against the state government's 'Dharani' land records management portal, claiming that it has been misused to seize farmers' lands and benefit KCR's party leaders and workers. He emphasized that if the BJP comes to power, the party will abolish this portal.

Moreover, the BJP leader accused KCR of engaging in corruption within the central government's flagship housing program, the 'Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.' Nadda asserted that KCR's actions were detrimental to Telangana while highlighting the progress made under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. He emphasized the efforts of the BJP-led Central government in the state's development.

Nadda underscored the reduction of poverty in India under Modi's leadership, with the poverty rate decreasing from 22 per cent to less than 10 per cent, and extreme poverty dropping to less than one per cent. He emphasized India's emergence as a prominent player in the global economy under Modi's guidance.

During his recent visit to Telangana, Nadda highlighted that PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for several projects worth Rs 11,300 crore.

Emphasizing the empowerment of marginalized sections of society, including the poor, Dalits, farmers, women, and youth, through Modi's policies, Nadda concluded that substantial progress has been made in the areas of public service, effective governance, and welfare initiatives for the impoverished over the past nine years.
