1. Open WhatsApp and go to 'Settings'.
2. Open the 'Chat' option here.
3. Click on the 'Backup' option available here.
4. All your data would be backed up as soon as you click here.
5. Now install the RAR app on your phone.
6. You could either select the entire WhatsApp data or any single file you need to back up.
7. Go to RAR and click on the Media option.
8. After doing so, the option of com.whatsapp would be seen on the screen.
9. Tick this option and select the com.whatsapp folder.
10. Your data would then be transferred here.
