Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 Pre-Booking Starts Today: Know Everything

Samsung's newest range of foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 would become available for pre-booking in India starting today.

Samsung's newest range of foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 would become available for pre-booking in India starting today (August 16, Tuesday). Prospective buyers can pre-book both the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 through Samsung's official website. While the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 would be valued at Rs 1.55 lakh in India, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 would set buyers back by Rs 90,000, said reliable industry sources as quoted by a report.

The pre-booking of both the newly-launched foldable smartphones would begin at 12pm at Samsung's live commerce event. Upon pre-booking these models, buyers would be eligible for benefits worth more than Rs 40,000. Prospective buyers who want to pre-book the Bespoke edition of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 would get a complimentary slim clear cover worth Rs 2,000.

Prospective buyers can pre-book the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 by paying Rs 1,999. They can pre-reserve the device from Samsung's official website.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 comes with an upgraded camera experience, a larger battery and better customisation while maintaining its ultra-compact design. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 offers a shape-shifting design, immersive displays with PC-like multitasking features, and an upgraded and advanced camera. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 comes with a compact clamshell design. By partially folding the Z Flip 4, you can activate the FlexCam on the device.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 is the first device to ship with Android 12L -- a special version of Android created by Google for large-screen experiences, including foldable. Multitasking on Z Fold 4 has been made easier with the new Taskbar that provides a layout similar to a PC, thus, offering access to favourite and recent apps.

With an upgraded 50MP wide-lens and 30x Space Zoom lens, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 can now take better images and videos. It also has a variety of camera modes, including a Zoom map activated on Capture View Mode, Dual Preview, and Rear Cam Selfie. It also has a larger pixel size, a 23 per cent brighter sensor, and enhanced processing power.
