Realme GT 7 Pro Indian Variant To Have Smaller Battery That The Chinese Variant, Here's How Low It'll Be

Realme is preparing to introduce its flagship smartphone, the Realme GT 7 Pro, in India on November 26. Realme GT 7 Pro has already been launched in China. With the official debut just days away, the company has started revealing key details about the device, including its battery capacity and charging capabilities, which indicate some differences between the Indian and Chinese models.

In a recent announcement, Realme India confirmed that the GT 7 Pro will be equipped with a 5,800mAh battery. This marks a noticeable reduction compared to the 6,500mAh battery featured in the Chinese version, resulting in a 700mAh difference. Despite the smaller battery, the Indian variant will retain the same 120W SuperVOOC fast charging technology as its Chinese counterpart, ensuring rapid recharging capabilities.

These insights suggest that while the Indian and Chinese variants share some core features, there are subtle specification differences that will cater to the distinct markets.

Realme GT 7 Pro: Price In India (Expected)

In China, the Realme GT 7 Pro is priced between 3,699 CNY (approximately Rs 44,000) and 4,799 CNY (around Rs 57,000). For the Indian market, the flagship smartphone is expected to launch at a price point of roughly Rs 55,000.

The device will be offered in two striking colour options: Mars Orange and Galaxy Grey.

Realme GT 7 Pro: Specifications (Expected)

Realme has unveiled key specifications of the GT 7 Pro, positioning it as the first smartphone in India to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. With an impressive AnTuTu benchmark score surpassing 3,000,000, the device promises exceptional gaming and overall performance.

The Realme GT 7 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO curved AMOLED display, offering a peak brightness of 6,000 nits and a dynamic refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, a 120 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut, 2600Hz PWM dimming, and a 2,600Hz instant touch sampling rate, ensuring an immersive visual experience. Running on Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 14, the device comes with a commitment to three years of OS updates and four years of security patches, ensuring sustained software support and reliability.

The Realme GT 7 Pro excels in photography with a versatile triple-camera setup. It includes a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens capable of 3x optical zoom and up to 120x digital zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, delivering exceptional imaging performance across various scenarios.

Built for durability, the smartphone boasts an IP69 rating, allowing it to capture underwater photos at depths of up to 2 meters for 30 minutes using a specialized mode. The device also features advanced capabilities like Live Photo Capture, an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and AI Snap Mode, offering a blend of innovative functionality and an enhanced user experience.
