OnePlus 12R Gets A New Model In India. Price, Specifications And Offers

Now, the company has now introduced a new model of OnePlus 12R, featuring 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Handset maker OnePlus had debuted its newest addition to the R series lineup, the OnePlus 12R, in India in January. Initially available in 8GB + 128GB and 16GB + 256GB variants, with prices starting at Rs 39,999, the smartphone garnered much attention. Now, the company has now introduced a new model, featuring 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, catering to the bigger storage needs of consumers in the country.

OnePlus 12R New Variant Pricing In India

The OnePlus 12R variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is priced at Rs 42,999, positioned between the 8GB + 128GB model and the premium 16GB + 256GB model priced at Rs 45,999. Consumers can purchase it through various channels, including the official OnePlus webiste, the OnePlus Store App, Amazon India, OnePlus Experience stores and select offline partner stores.

OnePlus 12R Easy Upgrades

The OnePlus Easy Upgrades lets prospective buyers get the OnePlus 12R by paying just 65 per cent of its price upfront, with the flexibility of 24 months of No-cost EMI. This programme ensures a 35 per cent assured value for the OnePlus 12R, allowing users the chance to upgrade to a new OnePlus flagship in the future. Additionally, customers can take advantage of available exchange offers and other promotions to enhance their overall savings.

To recall, the OnePlus 12R phone comes with a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 2,780x1,264 pixels with 120Hz refresh rate and shares the staggering 4500 nits of brightness of the pricier OnePlus 12. Running it smoothly is the job of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, last year's favourite flagship chip which remains a very capable and powerful performer.

During launch, the device was made available in 8GB and 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB USF3.1 or 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. 

There is a triple camera set up on the back comprising a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The OnePlus favourite 16-megapixel sensor sits on the front for selfies and video calls. A big battery of 5,500 mAH with support for 100 W fast charging backs the phone, which runs on Android 14 out of the box with Oxygen OS 14 on top.
