OnePlus 10T Launching On August 3: Expected Price, Specs And More

The upcoming intriguing launch from OnePlus is the OnePlus 10T 5G which is launching globally and in India on August 3.

The upcoming intriguing launch from OnePlus is the OnePlus 10T 5G which is launching globally and in India on August 3 (Wednesday). It is being touted as a significant upgrade from the OnePlus 10 pro smartphone that was unveiled earlier this year. The OnePlus 10T 5G flagship smartphone would be unveiled at a physical event in New York City.

It should be noted that the OnePlus 10T will be the first device with the T nomenclature after the OnePlus 8T. The T iteration started with the release of the OnePlus 3T back in 2016. The handset maker has been officially teasing details of the OnePlus 10T 5G in the days leading up to the launch. Some of the specifications of the OnePlus 10T 5G include Qualcomm’s top-tier Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, 16GB of RAM and 150W fast charging capability among others.

OnePlus 10T expected price in India

As mentioned above, the OnePlus 10T is the new flagship from the house of OnePlus, but it is likely that the smartphone doesn't have a higher price tag than the OnePlus 10 Pro as "Pro" is missing from its name. Unlike the OnePlus 10 Pro that was unveiled in March at a rating price of Rs 66,999, the OnePlus 10T 5G may be unveiled for a price between Rs 50,000-Rs 60,000, suggest several reports and rumours.

OnePlus 10T expected specs and features

The OnePlus 10T is coming with a flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, which the handset maker has already confirmed along with a 150W fast charging capability. The device would come with a 6.7-inch flat display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 720Hz. Even as OnePlus has not confirmed the display details of the OnePlus 10T, it has mentioned that there would be a 120Hz display on the OnePlus Ace Pro, which is essentially the OnePlus 10T for China market. For imaging, there would be a triple camera setup at the back.

The device may also pack in a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display. Apart from this, the smartphone would come with a 16MP selfie camera, a 4800mAh battery and 150W fast charging. The device could run OxygenOS custom skin based on Android 12 out of the box.
