OnePlus 10R 5G Prime Blue Edition Launching In India Soon: Check Specs, Features And More

Handset maker OnePlus is set to unveil a new blue-coloured variant of the OnePlus 10R smartphone, according to a new teaser. The OnePlus 10R is currently available in two colour variants and the blue model would be the third colour that would be available in India soon. 

The new blue-coloured variant of the OnePlus 10R 5G is called Prime Blue and it has been teased via a microsite on e-commerce site Amazon India. According to reports , the OnePlus 10R 5G Prime Blue model may be unveiled in India during the Amazon Great Indian Festival 2022 Sale which is starting on September 23.

As mentioned before, the OnePlus 10R 5G model was originally launched in two colourways: Forest Green and Sierra Black options. The OnePlus 10R was launched with two charging options, namely, 80W charging and 150W charging with the latter being available only in the Sierra Black model. It is not known whether the Prime Blue colour variant of OnePlus 10R would support 80W or 150W of charging speeds.

OnePlus 10R's top variant with the 150W charging is what the company calls OnePlus 10R 150W SuperVOOC Endurance Edition priced at Rs 43,999 while there is also a regular edition of OnePlus 10R that is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and 80W fast charging. The latter costs Rs 38,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB model and Rs 42,999 for the 12GB + 258GB storage option.

The phone features a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ Fluid AMOLED display with an 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+ support and a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate. There is a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device runs Android 12 based OxygenOS 12.1. OnePlus 10R is the first number series phone to be powered by a  MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max chipset. There is a triple rear camera setup that is led by a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, there is a 16MP sensor with support for Full-HD video recording at 30fps.
