The ones who have purchased the iPhone 15 recently might be eligible for a partial refund, however, there are some conditions to consider.
iPhone 15 Partial Refund Conditions
According to Apple's retail sales policy in India, customers who purchase an iPhone can request a refund if the price drops within 14 calendar days of purchase. This means that if you bought an iPhone 15 in the past two weeks and Apple reduces the price after the iPhone 16 launch, you can claim a refund for the price difference.
Under Apple's price protection plan, customers can seek refunds for up to ten units of the same model. This allows a customer with multiple iPhone 15 units, including those for family members, to request a partial refund for each. Proof of purchase is required to access this policy.
If you are one of such customers, then you can obtain this refund by visiting an Apple Store or contacting the Apple Support Center at 000800 040 1966.
