Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G Launched In India With 180MP Telephoto Lens: Check Price, Specifications

Honor launched Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G in India on Friday with a 6.8-inch LTPO display and a 5,600mAh battery. The Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and boasts a triple rear camera setup comprising a 180-megapixel periscope sensor. It is complemented by a 50-megapixel front camera and has an IP68-rated build for dust and water resistance. The handset supports both wired and wireless charging.

The Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G comes with a price tag of Rs 89,999 for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage version. Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G is available in Black and Epi Green colour options.

The device will be up for grabs starting 12:00 am on August 15. You will be able to get Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G from Amazon, Explorehonor.com, and mainline stores.

You do not have to worry about any price drop with Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G for at least six months as HonorTech has confirmed that there will be no price drop for the next 180 days.

Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G: Specifications

The Honor Magic 6 Pro boasts a 6.8-inch full-HD+ (1,280x2,800 pixels) quad-curved display, featuring an adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.20 percent. The display delivers a peak HDR brightness of 5,000 nits and a PWM dimming frequency of 4320Hz. It has received TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free and TÜV Rheinland Circadian Friendly certifications. Additionally, it is protected by Honor's in-house Nano crystal shield, which is claimed to provide 10 times the toughness against accidental drops.

Under the hood, the Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G is powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, coupled with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It operates on MagicOS 8.0, which is based on Android 14.

The device features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 180-megapixel 2.5x periscope telephoto camera with OIS support and 100x digital zoom, a 50-megapixel H9000 HDR camera with a variable aperture of f/1.4 to f/2.0, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with autofocus. On the front, there is a 50-megapixel camera with a wide-angle lens and 3D depth-sensing capabilities.

The Honor Magic 6 Pro is equipped with a 5,600mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging and 66W wireless charging. The battery, enhanced by Honor's E1 power chip, ensures extended usage even in low temperatures. The fast-charging feature can fully charge the battery from zero to 100 per cent in just 40 minutes.

The Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G offers a variety of connectivity options, including 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/AGPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou, OTG, and a USB Type-C port. It also boasts an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. According to Honor, the Honor Magic 6 Pro 5G is the first smartphone to earn five DXOMARK Gold labels, recognising its excellence in rear and selfie cameras, battery performance, display quality, and audio experience.
