Famed leakster Digital Chat Station had said last month that "Oga group" (through Google Translate) has started to work on devices with 24GB of RAM. It is being said that the "Oga" group may be BBK-owned handset makers OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Realme and iQoo. However, there is no clarity as to when these handsets with 24GB of RAM would be introduced in the market. However, these smartphones would come with 16GB of RAM for the base model and 24GB of RAM would be reserved for the top-end model, Digital Chat Station added.

It should be noted that flagship devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with 12GB of RAM while the OnePlus 11 has 16GB of RAM. The Apple iPhone 14 Pro on the other hand features 6GB of RAM.
