CMF By Nothing Watch Pro 2 May Launch In India Soon. Here Is What To Expect

While the BIS certification only discloses the model number, it serves as a promising indication that the launch of the CMF by Nothing Watch 2 Pro is  imminent.

The CMF by Nothing Watch Pro 2 is likely to be launched in India soon, as the smartwatch has reportedly obtained BIS certification, says a new report by 91mobiles. The listing discloses the model number and confirms that it will indeed be a product from London-based Nothing.

While the BIS certification only discloses the model number, it serves as a promising indication that the launch of the CMF by Nothing Watch 2 Pro is  imminent.

Interestingly, the current CMF Watch Pro was listed on BIS under the model number D395. The similarity in numbering suggests that the upcoming smart wearable could be a successor to the first model by the company. However, readers are advised to take this information with a pinch of salt, particularly regarding the name.

It is important to note that earlier this year, Nothing changed the naming conventions for its audio lineup of products. Given that CMF is a sub-brand of Nothing, it would not be surprising if it followed a similar strategy for CMF's product lineup.

CMF by Nothing Watch Pro 2: What To Expect

Irrespective of the name, the successor to the CMF Watch Pro is anticipated to bring enhancements. We can anticipate upgrades such as a larger display or improved battery life, along with other improvements.

The upcoming smartwatch from CMF by Nothing may also introduce AI-based integrations, following a similar pattern to its current audio products. More details about the watch are expected to surface officially or through leaks and additional listings in the coming weeks.

The UK-based consumer tech startup recently unveiled its plans to expand support for OpenAI’s ChatGPT integration across its audio devices, including earbuds and earphones under its sub-brand CMF. Nothing stated that the ChatGPT integration will be available through a forthcoming update to the Nothing X app, scheduled for release on May 21.

Nothing has integrated ChatGPT into its Ear and Ear (a) wireless earbuds. Starting May 21, users can access ChatGPT integration through the Nothing X app for Ear (1), Ear (stick), Ear (2), CMF Buds, CMF Neckband Pro, and CMF Buds Pro.
