iPad mini: Specifications and Features

Under the hood, the iPad mini 7 features the A17 Pro chip, first seen in last year’s iPhone 15 Pro, providing a 30 per cent improvement in CPU speed and 25 per cent faster graphics performance compared to its predecessor. The Neural Engine is also twice as fast, optimizing compatibility with Apple’s latest features.

The design remains consistent with the 2021 model, still sporting the 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display with a 2266 x 1488 resolution at 326 ppi. For photography and video calls, it features a 12MP front camera with Center Stage support and a 12MP rear camera equipped with Smart HDR 4.

Connectivity has also been upgraded, with Wi-Fi 6E support, a faster USB-C port with speeds up to 10Gbps, and a 5G-enabled cellular option. Storage options have been expanded, starting at 128 GB and going up to 512 GB, giving users more flexibility. Additionally, the tablet is now compatible with the new Apple Pencil Pro, enhancing the overall user experience.
