Apple Expands India Presence With New 15-Floor Office In Bengaluru

Expanding its India presence, Apple has inaugurated a new office in the heart of Bengaluru, in the southern Indian state of Karnataka. The tech giant has underlined commitment to India, amid a major push to reduce production dependency on China, the media has reported. The new Apple office is located near iconic landmarks such as the parliament and cricket stadium in Bengaluru, and the 15-story building is not just a workplace, but it is a dedicated space crafted for creativity, well-being, and innovation.
Spanning 15 floors, the newly-unveiled Apple office in Bengaluru is likely to accommodate up to 1,200 employees. Boasting specialised lab facilities, collaborative and wellness areas and a Caffe Macs, its convenient location near the Cubbon Park metro station ensures easy access to public transit for employees.

"Apple is thrilled to expand in India with our new office in the heart of Bengaluru. The new office also underscores Apple's dedication to eco-friendliness by operating on 100 per cent renewable energy. This office joins Apple's existing offices in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Gurugram, signifying a noteworthy 25-year presence in India.
Operating from the Bengaluru office, Apple's teams will collaborate across various facets of the company, spanning software, hardware, services, IS&T, operations, and customer support, among others. Aligning with Apple's global influence, the new Bengaluru office features an interior fashioned from locally-sourced materials such as stone, wood, and fabric for walls and flooring, complemented by the presence of native plants throughout the workspace.
