Apple Kills The Iconic iPod After 20 Years, Here's How To Still Buy It In India

The iPod touch was the last iPod in Apple’s lineup which means the tech giant is killing the iPod brand, 20 years after introducing it.

New Delhi: Apple has officially retired the iPod brand as it has discontinued the production of the iPod Touch, and it says that the devices would be available as long as "supplies last". The iPod touch was the last iPod in Apple’s lineup which means the tech giant is killing the iPod brand, 20 years after introducing it. However, those looking to own this device -- a part of tech history, can still purchase it in India.

The Apple iPod touch 7th gen looks similar to the previous-gen iPhone SE and features a 4-inch Retina display and A10 Fusion chip. There's also an 8MP camera at the back and a 1.2MP camera at the front.

And Apple Music delivers industry-leading sound quality with support for spatial audio — there’s no better way to enjoy, discover, and experience music," Joswiak added.
