If the employee is working in office, then a free cab facility must be provided to the female employee,” a report by Times Now quoted Suresh Chandra, Additional Chief Secretary of the Labour and Employment Department of the UP Government, as saying.

Among the other rules, the government has said that the companies have to provide food and drinking water for women working in night shifts from office, bathrooms and changing rooms must be available for women, a woman can be only asked to work from office if there are four other women in that shift, and every organisation must have a committee to ensure harassment against women does not take place.
