New Delhi: 'One-word tweets' by the official twitter handles of Sachin Tendulkar and ICC left fans bewildered on Friday. It seems they too have joined the trend that started on September 1 as celebreties all over the world have been posting one-word tweets on the microblogging website. While Sachin Tendulkar and ICC tweeted 'Cricket', WWE tweeted 'wrestling' via its official twitter handle.

The trend has gained popularity in such short time. United States President tweeted 'democracy' from its official Twitter handle, FIFA World Cup's offical twitter handle tweeted 'football'.

Few days back on the occassion of national sports day, Sachin posted a special video for his fans to celebrate the occasion. The 'Master Blaster' can be seen playing some classy strokes at his vintage best in the video tweeted by him to celebrate the occasion.
