Khelo India Youth Games 2023 date, time, venue, live streaming, telecast: The sixth edition of the Khelo India Youth Games (KIYG) 2024 is scheduled to take place in Tamil Nadu from January 19 to 31. The Khelo India Youth Games 2024 are slated to be hosted in four cities of Tamil Nadu - Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, and Trichy.
This flagship event, part of the Khelo India initiative by the Government of India, is designed to foster sports at the grassroots level in the country. KIYG 2024 is expected to witness the participation of over 5,000 athletes from various regions competing in 26 sports, engaging in Olympic, non-Olympic, and indigenous games. A comprehensive program will feature a total of 278 competitive events, spread across 12 venues in Chennai and one each in the additional three cities.
