IND vs ENG Score Live: India takes on England on day 3 of the rescheduled 5th test of the test match series at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham. The Indian team will aim to get their hands on the Pataudi Trophy as they lead the series 2-1 and will be much better position at the start of the test in comparison with England.

Today is the third day of the fifth rescheduled Test between India and England being played at Edgbaston, Birmingham. The first two days were totally dominated by India. Team India scored 416 runs on the back of centuries from Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja and then by the end of the second day's play, England lost five wickets for 84 runs.

According to Accuweather, at the time of the start of the match in Birmingham today, it will be cloudy for about one to one and a half hours. During this there are full chances of rain. It will be sunny in the afternoon but the possibility of rain cannot be ruled out. The temperature here will remain 20 degree Celsius during the match. Overall, 65% chance of rain has been predicted here. The weather is expected to be clear in Birmingham on the fourth and fifth day.

Both the teams are coming off an impressive test series as India whitewashed Sri Lanka 2-0 at home, whereas England did the same to New Zealand at home (3-0). The test in itself will be special for both the teams as a lot of things are associated with this test match. In relation to the Test Championship standings, India is currently sitting at third, while England has recovered from their disastrous start as their series win over New Zealand has helped them climb up to seventh. The table is currently being topped by Australia which are still unbeaten and looking like a reckoning force.
