Abu Dhabi Knight Riders Squad: Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Bairstow Join Squad For ILT20
The ILT20 is scheduled to begin in January next year in the UAE and is competing with South Africa's T20 League for players.
New Delhi: ILT20 has taken up the fire again today when KKR-owned Abu Dhabi Knight Riders revealed their first 14 players for the UAE ILT20 2023, with West Indies all-rounders Andre Russell and Sunil Narine leading the knights in ILT20.
CEO of KKR, Venky Mysore quoted today through his tweet, “It is great to see that our global footprint continues to grow in line with our vision and strategy. KKR in IPL, TKR in CPL, and now ADKR in ILT."

ILT20 rule states that Nine out of eleven players on each team can be overseas players, which is significantly higher than the four or five overseas-player-limit of other major T20 leagues. Two players on each team must be a UAE player and a player from an Associate Member nation respectively.
