In his 119 appearances for the side, the striker has managed 67 goals and led Napoli SSC to its first Schudetto (Serie A) since 1989/90 season, when the Serie A club was blessed with the presence of one of the greatest players of all time, Late Diego Armando Maradona, who led them to two Serie A's and even a European Cup in 1988/89 (first and last of the club till date).
Osimhen had scored 26 goals in Serie A last season to become the first ever African to win the Capocannoniere (top scorer) award in league's history and is performing well this season as well amidst all the off-field and social media controversy.
