WATCH: Harbhajan Singh-Sreesanth Fight Again In Hilarious Promotional Video

India’s young batter Rishabh Pant took to his Twitter handle and posted a video with a funny caption,  "Can't believe Bhajji pa and Sree fought once again."

There are many controversial incidents that happened on a cricket field that are still etched in everybody’s mind. Be it monkey gate, or sandpaper, cricket has seen it all. But above all, there was one controversy that wreaked havoc in the entire cricket fraternity was the slap-gate incident. It was in 2008 during the match between Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings when former India cricketer slapped S Sreesanth.

After close to 15 years, it seems both cricketers have battled again. Not in reality though, it was for the advertisement for Zomato. In the ad, Harbhajan Singh and Sreesanth were spotted fighting over the poor pronunciation of Zomato. Harbhajan called it "Zomaato" while Sreesanth said it "Zomaito".

India’s young batter Rishabh Pant took to his Twitter handle and posted a video with a funny caption,  "Can't believe Bhajji pa and Sree fought once again."

Zomato's official Twitter handle also reposted Rishabh Pant's post and wrote, "2008 to 2023, some things never change".

"Another Reminder! With Time everything will settle down", one of the tweets stated.

Another user wrote, "But the concept is nice."

It was in the 2008 IPL edition during the game between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab, when Harbhajan punched Sreesanth at the IS Bindra PCA Stadium in Mohali, and as a result, he got banned for the rest of the season.

“What happened was wrong. I made a mistake. Because of me, my teammate had to face embarrassment. I was embarrassed. If I had to correct one mistake, it was how I treated Sreesanth on the field. It should not have had happened. When I think about it, I feel there was no need,” Harbhajan said
