Virat Kohli Named Highest-Paid Instagram Celeb From India, Here's How Much He Earns Per Post
Virat Kohli is the only Indian to feature in the top 20 list globally.
Virat Kohli has reached that stage in his cricketing career where he is not just an ordinary batter. He has loads of runs under his belt and sometimes it is aura to which the bowlers are bowling and not the individual. He is a brand in himself and one of international cricket's biggest poster boys. It is for this reason that even when he is not the captain of India, Kohli is never ignored from the poster of any International Cricket Council (ICC) or any other bilateral or multilateral cricket tournaments.
And now a recent report suggests how he is the top earner from Instagram due to his sheer influence on social media. Hopper HQ report claims that Kohli, who has 256 million followers on Instagram, is the highest-paid Instagram celeb from India with the right-handed batter reportedly charging $1.38 million (11.45 crore) per Instagram post which comes to approximatelty 21.49 crore Indian rupees per post.
Kohli's football hero and the world leader in this list Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly charges a sum of USD 3.23 million which roughly translates to 26.75 crore Indian rupees. Ronaldo's long-time rival Lionel Messi is not too far either and charged USD 2.56 million per Instagram post, translating to 21.49 crore rupees per post.

He will next be seen in Asia Cup 2023, a continental tournament hosted by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) with India's matches set to be played at a neutral venue in Sri Lanka. The much-anticipated India vs Pakistan fixture will be played on September 2 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. The tournament could witness two more India vs Pakistan matches if the teams qualify for Super Fours and then the final both of which are slated to be played in Colombo.
