USA vs England T20 World Cup 2024: England (ENG) became the first team to qualify for the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024 semi-finals after their 10-wicket victory over USA at the Kensington Oval in Barbados on June 23 (Sunday). With just one more spot available, the West Indies vs South Africa clash will determine who joins England from Group 2 in the semi-finals. West Indies are third with 2 points, and co-hosts USA, with zero wins, are the first team eliminated from the semi-final race.

Where Will England Finish On T20 World Cup 2024 Points Table?

Although England's dominant win has secured them a semi-final spot, their final position will depend on the outcome of the West Indies vs South Africa clash on Monday. South Africa remain undefeated in the tournament and Super 8s with two wins and hold a Net Run Rate (NRR) of +0.625, compared to West Indies' +1.814.

Having accumulated four points, South Africa only need a victory over West Indies to secure a spot alongside England in the semi-finals. In this scenario, England would finish second and compete in the first semi-final.
