What brought all the spotlight on Campbell Kellaway was his exceptional fielding effort, as he pulled off a sensational one-handed catch to dismiss Cameron Gannon. The stunning grab drew widespread praise, with none other than Sachin Tendulkar comparing Kellaway to ‘Superman’ and ‘Spiderman’ for his extraordinary effort.
The moment unfolded in the 75th over of the innings when Western Australia were 308/7 in pursuit of a 382-run target. Victoria skipper Will Sutherland bowled a short-pitched delivery that Cameron Gannon attempted to hook. Positioned at deep square leg, Campbell Kellaway leaped and stretched out fully to pull off a stunning catch.
