Veteran actor Aasif Sheikh was rushed to the hospital after collapsing on the set of ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai’. Reports initially suggested a major health scare, but it was later confirmed that the actor fainted due to exhaustion while filming in Dehradun. Following the incident, Aasif was given medical attention on-site before being transported to Mumbai for further treatment.
Addressing concerns about his health, Aasif Sheikh shared an update to Indian Express, sharing that the episode occurred on March 18 and that he has been advised complete bed rest.

Providing more details about his condition, the 60-year-old actor told Indian Express, “I was shooting for Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain in Dehradun when I started feeling numbness in my foot. Soon, the sciatica pain worsened, making it difficult for me to continue. I had to be brought back to Mumbai in a wheelchair, and doctors have advised complete bed rest. I landed here on the 18th, and since then, I’ve been focusing on recovery. I think I’ll need another week before I can return to work and face the camera again.”

Aasif Sheikh was reportedly filming an intense action sequence when he suddenly collapsed on set. The unexpected incident was attributed to extreme exhaustion. The medical team in Dehradun responded promptly before arranging his transfer to Mumbai for further care.
